This past July we screened a documentary in Victoria called, “A Heart of Lead, Women as Allies for the Greater Good.”  This documentary was created by women at Imagine the Good and it features interviews asking questions about women as leaders. At Imagine the good they are inspired to empower people to shift their awareness to the greatest good.  With the issues we are currently facing we could experience a sense of hopelessness. Gatherings like these with a common purpose creates space for shifting into hopefulness and creating a safe empowered experience.

This month in a  series for learning to connect using a model of Nonviolent Communication and self inquiry a group of women of all ages organically came together.  In this learning environment, based upon sharing personal stories with the individual perspectives of these women together in a group,  a natural deepening connection has formed.  The outcomes unveiling themselves this past week, was  mothers of adult girl children the same age as some of the participants beginning to hear and connect to the younger women’s stories and their experiences with their mothers.  As a facilitator and guide I found myself enjoying the spontaneous and profound experience.  In the freshness of this experience a decision to host a smaller showing of the above documentary, The Heart to Lead for local women with an intention to create a series of gatherings to explore co-creating our leadership here in Victoria.

The first Heart to Lead gathering will beginning  Friday, October 14th, at 7:30 p.m.  If you are interested in more information email renee@insideawareness.com.

Renee is a part of a core international group who have come together to explore a deepening wave of women’s leadership empowerment gathering now on planet, getting ready to “crest,” and would like to connect with like-minded women locally in Victoria.  This new circle would be for those who share a wisdom and belief that the process, itself, has to model a new way to affirm sacred leadership among women and long to explore this connection with like-minded women.

If you are interested in either the Heart to Lead Gathering or in learning Nonviolent Communication techniques with Renee, please connect through email, renee@insideawareness.com.
