This month has been about recognizing the relationships of:

  • how  thinking creates reality
  • how space reflects experiences and relationships
  • how shifting thoughts to positive open statements creates opportunities for success
  • how removing clutter opens doors to new experiences

If you are using this workbook for supporting your goals in January you have done so in the waning days of the Chinese Year.  Preparing for achieving your own goals has happened along side the  preparations for the Upcoming Chinese New Year.  Integrating your goals during the past few weeks is leading up to a powerful opportunity for you to tap into the upcoming Chinese New Year.

The Western New Year that reflects our calendar year and generally has a focus upon expensive parties with music, champagne, a countdown to midnight and creating new goals.  The Chinese New Year is a festival with a dancing dragon to clear out the old, negative energies of a village and allow the space to fill with the qualities of the villagers who are participating and offering gifts to their new year.

A very similar focus has been recommended to you about your space.  Clearing it out while holding the attitude of what you want to bring in!  Space is a vacuüm. If you clear it and do not set an intention, it will fill up for you and you may not like what comes into the space.  Clutter, clutter and more clutter!

Therefore today, take a moment to reflect on how you have prepared all month for change by organizing yourself to be more efficient with your new habits for success.  Consider what you haven’t tackled yet.  Be ruthless and jump in and begin letting go of anything you have outgrown.        Begin the process of considering a gift that you can prepare to give coinciding with completing this workbook.  It could be that you donate the items you no longer need and pay it forward, it could be a poem or sonnet or giving a small monetary gift to charity.  Set your intention to give a gift  as a celebration for your success giving yourself some time to let whatever it will be come to you!
